How to change Left to right text direction?

I can't find a way to change my text direction to right-to-left for Hebrew text.

I changed my preferred language in the setting to Hebrew and picked a Hebrew-supported font, but it just seems like this option is missing in Express. is there anything I can do about it?

Adobe Express might not support right-to-left text for Hebrew.
