How do I format my work in Spark Post so it prints on the paper to fold to make a card?

Hi J.Breezy,

Sorry, but Spark Post is now Creative Cloud Express. This is the forum for Creative Cloud Express and we do hope that is OK. I don't believe there are any templates for folded greeting cards. It's a great idea, though!
