How to fade the design edges into transparency

 I want to fade out the indicated edges of this design gradually to transparency so that it's an irregular, cloud like effect rather than the sharp edges. I want the edges to seem to blend into the shirt. Please give directions on how to do this. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out. Are you using this complete image from Adobe Stock or from a local drive? Are these two different assets you are using?

I was using the posted photo as an example to try and indicate the edges I'm talking about. I want to have the outside edges of a design irregularly fade into transparency on the shirt.
