How to transfer vectors

How can i transfer all the vectors in an adobe express file to photoshop or illustrator?

Neither of those answered my question.
Im looking for a way to export all vector files from adobe express to photo
shop or illustrator. Also looking to be able to export so my grapgics
designer can adjust each vector file for print.

Photoshop is raster and Illustrator is vector.

 

Try exporting to PDF, then open the PDF in Illustrator and Save As an Illustrator file (.ai)
