Hi everyone, nice to meet you all. I have a couple questions, quite new to Adobe Express. I have made a webpage, published it, created a link, shared it out etc... now I want to unpublish it. If I hover over the webpage thumbnail in 'my stuff' there is no unpublish option. How else can I unpublish my webpage please?

Also, I have noticed an icon of 2 people, next to webpage text, on my webpage thumbnail, in 'my stuff' section, what does this mean?

Last question and agin in 'my stuff', in the thumbnail of the webpage, only one of my webpages (I have made a few) has 'report abuse' in the drop down menu, the others don't have this, I was just wondering what this meant.

Thank you so much in advance. I am a bit green with AE.

Hi @CLMM,

Thank you for reaching us. Please find the answers to your questions below:

How to unpublish a webpage: open web page project, share option, publish option > unpublish. Please find the image below:

Icon of 2 people, next to webpage text, on my webpage thumbnail, in the 'my stuff' section; what does this mean? 2 people suggest it's a shared project.

Only one of my web pages (I have made a few) has 'report abuse' in the drop-down menu; the others don't have this. What did this mean?: report abuse on drop-down comes on projects with collaborators (shared project ).

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We are here to help you.

Thank you,
Neelam

Hi Neeslam, Do you know if these statements are true about Adobe Express?

  • Unpublishing a webpage does not remove it from the Internet.
  • After publishing, changes made to the content are automatically updated on the live website

Thanks

Hi @sonja_1000

I did some testing with a webpage file around your questions
- If you make changes to a webpage file you have to republish for the changes to show. After doing so they will appear under the same URL
- If you unpublish a webpage file it will give a 404 page not found error, here is the page I was testing with https://adobe.ly/3UMqJSY

Hope that helps,

Dave
