Hi community.

I am trying to sync my personal & business FB & Instagram accounts to Adobe Express Social Media Post Scheduler.

I was successful in connecting my "personal" FB & Instagram, but I can't connect my business accounts for automatic posts. This business account has been set up in Meta Business Suite forever.

After I click "Connect" in Adobe Express Schedule", I do not see an option to "Select My Other Business Accounts", as it keeps connecting my "personal" account again.

Is this a Bug or is this not Programmed into Adobe Express Scheduler yet?Screenshot 2024-05-25 at 9.21.55 AM.png

Hey! Meta only allows for the connection and scheduling of business accounts, this guide should help you out here: https://new.express.adobe.com/published/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:d0d03de5-0c40-4a51-9764-9f91b160271a?promoid=Y69SGM5H&mv=other

Yes. Thanks. My other account was a business account, but that video helped direct me to the "Apps / Integrations / Websites area. Inside the FB Apps / Integrations, there are even more settings that you have to click to give "Adobe Express" access to control your business page.

Facebook has so many hidden settings and is a hot mess navigating in their backend, but I figured it out. 🙂

Thanks @tyloomis , great job figuring it out - you're right that it's a bit of a mess of settings and redirects everywhere!

Thanks!
