Increase Outline around Text?

Is there a way to increase the outline of text even further past 100? Or is there a better way to mimic this affect?

Thanks for posting about this. I don't think this is possible currently in Express but could you help us out by creating a feature request for this? Please do so here https://adobe.ly/4mgWZd3 I searched to see if anyone had requested this idea previously but didn't find it. Please also include detailed info about why this feature is needed and what type of workflow it would be used in. Others in the community can vote on the idea to help our developers understand how popular the idea is.
