Indesign vs Adobe Express

Without having too much experience in creating posts for social media, I want to create templates for my company's Instagram. I have good experience with Indesign and feel I have good control there when creating layouts. But is it more beneficial to create templates in Adobe Express in the long run? Advantages/disadvantages? Currently I have no experience with using Adobe Express, but it must be something to learn 😉
