I've paid for this app for a few years and integrate it with my online business social media posts frequently. It was my favorite for the ease and quickness to create a post. For a while now when I upload a picture, if I try to edit or crop or anyway it crashes. Or if I upload a second photo it crashes. It's simply unusable and very frustrating. I've paid for at least 3 months and have gone through a few updates in which I haven't been able to use it at all. Please help or update your broken app.
Device: iPhone 16 Pro
ios version: 18.4
Device Storage: 185Gb of 1TB used (plenty of storage available!)
Ah never mind. Although my app was updated I guess it never truly implemented the updates. For those with the same issue, I deleted the app, restarted my phone, then redownloaded the app. It was a brand new version I've never seen that seems to work fine now.

Same issues here but on PC / Mac. I edit on both and the site crashesh constantly when I try to edit, search or do whatever. We have annual licence and at the moment I must use canva as this is totally unusable!

Hi everyone,
If you're experiencing crashes on iPhone (especially when uploading or editing photos), we’ve had confirmation that the following steps resolved the issue for others:
Delete the Adobe Express app
Restart your iPhone
Reinstall the app from the App Store
This appears to trigger a proper update to the latest app version, which has resolved the crashing for several users.
