JUICE BGM PRO AUDIO NOT WORKING ON ADOBE EXPRESS

HI COMMUNITY, I NEED YOUR HELP! I purchased the Juice BGM Pro Membership on December 18, 2024 for the price of £71 ($75), for one year. It was a great program, BUT after only one month it stopped working, around January 21, 2025. I've tried to contact Juice BGM as well as Gumroad (GUMRD.COM) who list the product, and no response from either of those companies. I'm fuming! 

The error message I get on Adobe Express is: "Failed to Load. Please check network and reload."

I've deleted the app and reloaded it, and still nothing. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have no idea how to fix it or how to get a response from those companies. And I'm out of £71 too!

Their music was really good and fit my content real well. I'm reluctant to purchase from another company and get ripped off again.

Has anyone else used the Juice BGM program, or had any issues like mine? Suggestions would be appreciated on how to solve this. IT'S A PROBLEM AND WRECKING MY WORK! I FEEL SCAMMED!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you have a way to test from a computer too? I was curious if you encountered the same issue there too. I saw they have this contact form also https://adobe.ly/3EAZzZR is that one you've already tried?

I am working in Adobe Express on an iMac, not on a laptop. I tried to contact Juice BGM at:

ethics@juice.co.kr and company@juice.co.kr

 

on their website they say they will contact us promptly, which isn't the case. I don't know what their idea of prompt is, mine is within one week. I sent my messages over 2 weeks ago.

and filled in the Gumroad enquiry form on their website, with NO results.

 

These add-on apps are managed through the provider/developer and not Adobe even though the are on Adobe programs, so I'm not so sure if Adobe will be able to do anything, however I will try the link you gave to see if I can get in touch with anyone. I'm wondering if the Juice developer's system thinks I only bought a one-month subscription? The whole thing is weird and frustrating.

 

I hope I can get some resolution asap!!!
