Hey there, my Express has serious lag issues on every browser/device I use. Lag is persistent and happens with every function. Pulling up my stock photos takes 10-15 minutes too.

Halp!

Hi @ecdg,

Thank you for reaching out.

You could try clearing the cache/cookies of the browser and then restart your pc. You can also try accessing your browser in an incognito/private mode after, you have cleared the cache and restarted your PC, and check if this makes a difference.

Have you done a speed test for your network before? It could be that your network is dropping, this might be a reason why it takes longer to load.

Kindly let us know if this post has helped you by clicking on Lyn_D_2-1666254588165.pngLike and Correct Answer. 🙂

Many Thanks,

Sadly I've tried all of the standard solutions you mentioned and then some. We have 1 gig up/down. Speedtest is fine. It happens on every device I use.

Hi @ecdg,

Can you confirm that there is no VPN or firewall running in the background? If there is, kindly turn these off and retest Adobe Express.

If turning the firewall/ VPN did not make any difference, please share a screen recording with us, so that we can have a better understanding of what is exactly happening.

Many Thanks,

~Lyn

Still lagging or stalling out. Where can I send the recording? Too large for the forum.
