Layers panel

Somehow I accidentally removed the layers panel on Adobe Express and I can't figure out how to get it back. I am using the desktop version on a Mac.

Same. The button for the layers is greyed out and can't be seleted today. I use Express all day in Edge.

I'm using Chrome and it's also gray. But if I use Safari it's not gray. Weird.
