Hi,

 

do you use the App in your Browser, on IOS or Android? Do you change devices where the local installed Fonts are maybe not available? Maybe try to reinstall that Font. You can also try to find it at https://fonts.adobe.com/ and activate it. Once it s activated you can use it in Adobe Express and all your other Adobe Apps. Hope that helps.

Hi! These are custom fonts I’ve added to my Adobe account. I’ve been using
them on the iOS app on my iPhone with no problems for a month now and all
of the sudden I cannot open any of my projects that have ANY of the custom
fonts I have downloaded to my Adobe cloud.

Just check if the fonts are still activated. Did anything change with your computers? Especially with the computer you used to add the font? 

 

If the fonts are not activated anymore, I would suggest to add them again. If they are, I would suggest to deactivate them and adding them again.

All fonts show activated on my desktop version, theres some kind of
disconnect with the iPhone app. I even tried removing and reinstalling them
via the desktop version to see if it helped, and it didn’t. Nothing has
changed at all on my end with computer or phone. They’re just not working
all of the sudden on the iPhone app. I’m all out of ideas as to why I
cannot open projects that I’ve created on my phone anymore.

Yes! They work on my desktop! I’ve reached out to support. They didn’t know
what it was either and I’m waiting to hear back from one of the senior
support team members and so far I’ve not heard anything back.

Same problem here since the last ioS update last week. I can access the fonts on desktop but not mobile. Infuriating.
