I also would love to have ALL the features of the old version included in the new version. The new version is a big learning curve and not intuitive or seamless -- at all. I will check out the thread of updates - but honesly, I have switched to Canva (which is highly intuitive and offers ar rich array of graphic elements) and am close to cancelling my subscricition to an app I used to adore. Sad.

Hi,
As requested by @Neelamk here https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/mobile-prefer-old-version/idc-p/14564332#M15395, if you are not happy with the new version of Express mobile app, please still keep posting specific feedback here or on the UserVoice forum: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express-beta
But if you do want to return to the previous version, please refer to this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/migrate-my-files-to-the-new-adobe-express-m...
It is important to note that if you have already migrated your files to the new version, it is not possible to return to the previous version. Secondly, if you return to the previous version, you next switch to the new version will have to be final (with all files migrated) rather than the "preview" mode (without files migrated) you are able to access currently.
Hope this helps,
Abhi G

If you have downloaded the new app and have not migrated your projects yet, only then can you switch back to the older app version once.
If you've migrated the files to the new Express app, then switching to the previous version will not be possible. For more details, please refer to the following: https://adobe.ly/3Uho2b7;

OMG, how is this even an "update" when literally NOTHING is where it was? Missing functions or at least super hard to find. I made a mistake and updated mid project and now I can't even find the fonts I used. How do I get the old version back, please?

Please give us an option to roll back to the old version of Adobe Express! Premiere Pro is unnecessarily complex for creators like me who relied upon Adobe Express for the ease of editing simple videos using a desktop computer. The new app is ridiculous becasue it is geared toward a generation who creates on mobile phones. You have completely alienated those of us who need a simple video editing program with easy editing controls that plays nicely with the other Adobe apps. This is distressing that you have also done away with all of our files. No notice, no queries about how we would react, no chance to save our projects... you just made me want to look elsewhere for my software and video editing needs.

BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION OF ADOBE EXPRESS! It was the perfect solution for those of us who didn't need Premiere Pro but still wanted a similar functionality, albeit much simpler. Where are our files??? The new app is ridiculously clunky and confusing. I agree with every previous poster who said this has set them back years. We don't want fancy AI, we want a simpler version of Premiere Pro for desktop-driven MP4 file editing. Not every user is a Gen Z'er who uses their mobile phones to create. Adobe just alienated untold numbers of mature designers who relied on Adobe Express for publishing and media projects. Give us a path to the old app, I beg of you!!!!

Sorry to hear you are not finding the new version of the app to your liking.
I've noted your general feedback, but wanted to respond to these specific aspects of your post:
> Where are our files??
> Give us a path to the old app, I beg of you!!!!
Your files made in the previous version should be safe. You can choose to migrate them to the new version. OR for a limited time, return to the previous version (assuming you haven't already migrated your files). This post has a detailed explanation: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/migrate-my-files-to-the-new-adobe-express-m...
Please review it, and let us know if you have questions about these workflows.
Thanks

I want to cancel my subscription. The new version is too complicated. I can't even find how to create a portrait card or how to access assets and photographs when trying to design a new card, which I can only do in landscape anyway. I know this is a reply, but couldn't figure out how to post my own question!

I just logged into the bew version and very much dislike it. I used it for all my ad and flyers and found it so easy and user friendly. This new version is not user friendly and horrible. I did not use canva bc i loved adobe but i may have to start bc this is no longer a quick and easy way to throw together something for my businesses.
