Hello!
I opened an account a few moments ago, clearly chose English as the language for the page displays when prompted during the sign-up, yet my account dashboard is all in Espanol. Is this a bug, perhaps? There also doesn't seem to be a remedy to correct it now that the account is active.
Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you setup your account with your country = Spain. You might be ablet to change the country of origin using the methods provided here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

You can also try once by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and selecting the 'Settings' option. There, you'll find the option to change the language of the Adobe Express app.
