My Content Scheduler is not posting at the scheduled time?

Good afternoon everyone,

 

I did have one post work today, but my later today scheduled posts are not posting.

 

As far as troubleshooting, I have cleared cache, refreshed my connections, and logged out & in from Adobe to make sure. It just does not post. Currently, it is 3:21PM and my posts (changed ahead to get them to post) were set at 3:19PM. I did not get any messages, notifications, or error codes. So I am at a loss right now.

Apologies for the late reply!

This shouldn't have happened. Are you still having trouble with this issue? Did you get a chance to notice if this was happening with all social media platforms or just any specific one?

 

Let us know if this is still there. We'd investigate it thoroughly.
