I've just cancelled it. It seems they're trying to make it like 'Canva' the reason I liked using adobe express it was easy to use, could toggle the colour match fast and create lots of different options, I can't find this in the new downgrade.... honestly it's taken me 20 mins to make a picture that I'm not happy with and I used to be able to make them in a few minutes for fun and enjoyed the process. Email me if you actually UPGRADE it to the OLD version. The new ones sucks big time and I've just started using it for my business and creative flow. I have no idea what the hell im meant to use now. Genuinely gutted.

I have already written the senior leadership team. This is such a bad launch. I followed the try, do you really want to try, are you sure you want to try. I never saw explore. So yes, I feel duped?
If you have explore, why don't you just have a seven day trial and allow us to download the old version if dissatisfied.
I literally pay for two useful applications in the suite. Now, I am down to one. It's $55+ USD a month for occasional use of powerhouse tools and 2 essential items. One was this mobile app that I thought you were making better.
I started with an HR director and I will continue up the chain. This team needs new leadership. With this litany of online complaints, simple allow us to download the old app until you resolve user issues and the team can come up with a better implemtation strategy.
The express version made so you didn't need to be an expert graphic designer to do some fast and high quality,
I feel completely duped by Adobe and this experience.
Why don't you share how dissatisfied people are?
i am very disappointment and plan to share on as many platforms as possible. Not sure why more people aren't warned about how bad the beta version is.

I am sorry this happened to me.
It is awful. Singularly awful.
I don't even know how to work it. Everything intuitive has been removed,
The three things that made my work look professional layouts, design suggestions, and text are gone,
I am embarrassed that I was duped by adobe
What's worse is we can't return from this misery

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the new version of Adobe Express. We are continually making improvements, and addressing gaps based on user feedback such as this.
But I am confused by the "duped" comment. I am curious if you didn't end up going through the following stages in your exploration of the new version? We intentionally designed these stages so existing users could explore the new version at leisure before committing to it. Until that final stage, existing users should've had the option to move back to the previous version.
Please let us know. Here to help.
Thanks,
Abhi G

I am beyond unhappy. I have begun to reach out to the executive team to let them know what a fail this is.
I also responded to your inquiry about feeling duped in a separate email.
I fell targetted. I was happy with the old version. and would have stuck with it until it not longer worked.
Disappointed.

Totally agree with you! I want to downgrade to the old version. This beta is a disaster.

If you see this banner at the top of the app, you can (for a limited time) tap it to go back to the previous version.
If you are not seeing it, that means you must have already agreed to migrate to the new version, and returning is not possible.
The new interface will get familiar as you use it, so please be patient with it. And if you are stuck with something, please post here; we're here to help!
Thanks,

This new version of Adobe Express is a total failure. All the intuitiveness of the old version has been lost. The web version has simply been duplicated on mobile without any adaptation. I used to use text animations a lot, and now they've all disappeared for obsolete effects... all to integrate AI that doesn't work... do you know how to get back to the old version?!!!! Thanks 🙏🏻

I don't have any projects on the prior version of Adobe Express, but my team is using templates that only work in that version, instead of the Beta. Can I access the prior version without having projects stored on that version?

Thank you for your patience. We are sorry for not replying sooner.
You can access the current version without having saved projects. However, your team can share the projects with you. To find out more, you can take a look here. You will then have access to the templates they use.
We are here to help if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Winnie

Can you tell me how to get out of the beta? I've tried the link on this page: https://www.adobe.com/express/ and the discord server gave me this link: https://express.adobe.com/sp/ which also did not work.

The new version links do not work even though I have updated browsers. How can I get back to the old version.

There is no old version now except that on the mobile app. Desktop has moved to the new Adobe Express. Please be aware that switching between mobile and desktop to work on projects won't be manageable until the new mobile app also is launched, but we don't know when that will be. The FAQ section here https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/express/express-faq.html has lots of useful information.
Scroll down to the section Adobe Express on the desktop and there's up-to-date information on migrating your files. However, if you believe there is problem with the migration of your files please use the Adobe Virtual Assistant https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html?rghtup=autoOpen making sure pop-ups are allowed.
Using the link to the Adobe virtual Assistant allows the team access to your account and information so that they can better help you to resolve the issues you are facing.

Hi everyone,
I loved everything about Adobe Spark and detest everything about Express. It's taken all of the useful things, dumped them, and instead reinvented itself for social posting - not what I wanted at all.
I really loved the old video version - the ability to quickly and simply create those video formats was a real help. Now Adobe has thrown the baby out with the bathwater, and got rid of all the things that made it good. By my assessement, it now takes at least 10 x the time to create the same video
Does anyone know if there's a different product anywhere that creates that same type of video's as easily as the previous version of Express?
It's driving me crazy.
