No Push Notifications for Adobe Express on IOS

Hello,

 

When I go into app settings for AE on my Iphone, there is no option to select/enable push notifications so that I can then publish to Instagram. Is this the case for anyone else?

FYI I am on IOS 16.3.1 but currently updating to 16.5 to see if that helps
