Personal vs Classroom account

When I got back to school this fall, all my files were gone.  W/e have a business account for our school.  I guess it all got changed to a different profile.  I had a ton of things gone.  WhenI sign out and back in, there is not option to go to personal profile and therefore I can't access those files.  W/hat can I do?

Sorry for the delay. Are you still able to log in with your classroom account? You may want to contact the administrator for the school account (often the school IT department) and see if they could open a support ticket for you through the Admin Console.
