That did not work, unfortunately. I've shifted to using Canva, but since we're paying for this service it would be great if it could work. If you have a direct contact I could get in touch with, that would be preferable. Thanks!

You can't add new cells/media to a grid, but you can replace an existing cell. If you are looking to do the latter, but not sure how, here's a screen recording: https://new.express.adobe.com/published/urn:aaid:sc:US:0e3d6fdf-d31a-4685-a2e3-734cefbc4972 (you'll need to view it on a non-mobile device)

I am having the exact same issue! Pre-existing Adobe Stoock images import perfectly fine into a grid, but not the photos that I have imported into Adobe Cloud to use (they just dop on top of the grid). When I click on my Cloud Library it apears the photos were imported into a "Graphics" folder, so maybe that has something to do with it? The files are .jpg – Please advise! Thank you!!!

You are right: Library items are not supported by grids. This is related to the inability to crop Library items (see https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express/suggestions/46803157-crop-library-ima...) since images in grids are conceptually "cropped" by grid cells.
This is on the roadmap, but I don't have a specific timeline. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you for the quick reply! Is there a work around you would suggest? I was able to click on the "Media" menu item to the left and upload an image from my desktop, and it did fill the grid, but is there a way to upload all photos I want to use to this media section and organize into a folder to help stay organized (and be able to drag and drop into the grid)?
