Please help - hyperlinks in newsletter template are not working.

Question

I'm trying to edit an existing newsletter template in Adobe Express and it "looks" like I'm entering the URL for the hyperlink, but it's not active or clickable. It gives me the option to remove the link, or export out to the link in the editing mode. But does not become an actual link for my digital newsletter.

When I click ". . . " for more options, it brings this up....

Hi @olivia_3021, Are you using a pre-made template or a custom one? Have you tried adding hyperlinks in other templates to see if the issue is specific to one template? Has the issue appeared only recently? Were you able to add and activate hyperlinks in Adobe Express before this? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps. Regards,Tarun
