Please help. I can't access my own project.

It says I'm not the owner and that I need permission to edit it, but I am the owner.

I've tried logging out of my account, then logging back in.

I've tried rereshing the page.

It won't show up in my library either.

I don't have the app, so I can't go there to fix it.

Did nI not save it or something? I've had it in an open tab for a long time.

Please help me.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know if you have checked the credentials before logging in as it gives you an option of "switch account". Please try logging in with the correct credentials and let us know if this helps.

You might have used a different account to create the project and logged in with a different one. We are here to help you.
