PNG Design Download Not Transparent ?

For the last several days I have had trouble downloading my designs in creative suite as Transparent PNGs. 

The download of the design happens, but the background is white

OR - There is now Transparent option available in the download dialog menu? 

What is going on?

Can you kindly confirm if this has worked for you before?

If your designs are already on a transparent background, you have to download them as PNG (transparent background).

If your designs are on a white background, you'll have to remove the background first before you download your project as PNG (transparent background).
