Problem with exporting quality

Whenever I export an image from Creative Cloud, it’ll export in insanely bad quality. Also when going onto the computer to try there its also terrible quality, I can export the photo but I cant go in and edit it on the computer. It tells me I need this subscription to do so and offers a free trial. I clicked on free trial and it brings me to a new page where im signed out. When I sign back in it takes me away from the page. Now its just a cycle of that. Clicking on free trial, getting logged out on the purchasing page. Logging back in and being taken back to my homepage. What tf?

This is ridiculous. I am also using Adobe Express. I set my image to be 3 x 2.25". However when I export it, it scales it up to 12 x 10 for no discernable reason. I chose that size for a reason. That is the size I intend to print at. How do I export at the actual size I specified?

Same issue but it's sporadic. For instance I have a multi-page post with various sizes of a social media graphic, which is cool that you can do it in one project, but for some reason the Instagram square size page exports in horrible quality while the others are fine. I've tried exporting it in various ways and the only work around I could find was to screenshot it and crop that and post it.

For me changing the resolution within the project settings did the job.

there is no project setting, at least not in the Android version.

I'm using an IPhone and there is a "change size" option.

I've been having the same issue. It isn't a template issue, as I started mine from scratch.
The screenshots I've taken are better quality than anything I've exported from Creative Cloud Express. I need this logo with a transparent background, and I can't get a good resolution unless I screenshot, which makes it difficult to GET a transparent background in a separate app.
This is extremely frustrating, as I have a very important day tomorrow and I can't print low resolution flyers, business cards, and brochures.
Is there a fix for this? Does anyone know a way I can get a good quality image from this app?

I know it s frustrating but, you will only contact the support and they will flip the ball thas it. And I will have to write a long texts and pictures and chats to explain to get an answer like try different sizes or some nonsense like I'm not a professional and I haven't tried any before contacting anyone. Everyone is so polite to help and when they hear about the problem that it's ghosted. But the thing is the will probably ask me who ghosted you and that's the part I don't have time to have chitchat with the support and send each other slow emails for weeks.

Same issue. Export quality in CC Express is horrible. Makes the app worthless.

@Dan5F97 and @Tarcan22647190h5d3,

Web quality images are what they are due to bandwidth and file size limitations on the web.  Quality also varies depending on your display's resolution and pixel density.

That said, if you're looking for high quality PRINT graphics, use Photoshop or Illustrator where you control final output settings (height, width and DPI).

Hope that helps.

As you see guys in detail, the pictures qualities are very different between online and be downloaded version. Also you may understand with size as well. Size is just 263kb. It looks terrible on to my new website. So I can not use my project. Need help please.

Many thanks to all

Tarcan

Hi Tarcan,

Thanks for the screenshots. We hear your frustration & want to make this a better experience. We see you have downloaded the project in JPG format. Could you try downloading it as PDF and PNG and check if you see the same result?

Thanks,
Saquib

I assume you're asking about Creative Cloud Express not Creative Cloud.

I'll move this question to that community for you.

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
