Prohibited from Adobe Express

As a K-12 online educator, Adobe refuses to let me have access. I need help as their help area really doesn't want to take any responsibility for it. Frustrated beyond belief!

We just need to know if you get any error messages while accessing it and how you are trying to get access. Please share the screenshot, if possible, along with a brief description of the issue. Once we have the complete information, it will be helpful for us to get to the root cause.

I have the same problem. I tried launching the web version and it says I do not have a subscription?
