Hallo,
leider sind meine Adobe Express Projekte nicht mehr aufrufbar.
Ich bin mit einer gmail-Adresse angemeldet, es macht keinen Unterschied, ob ich mich mit der Adresse direkt oder über Google anmelde. Ein anderes Adobe-Konto habe ich nicht.
Meine Scans in Adobe Scan zum Beispiel sind noch vorhanden.
Abmelden und neu anmelden bringt nichts. Am PC im Browser habe ich dasselbe Problem
Ich bitte um Hilfe und danke im Voraus!

I'm responding in English; I hope that is okay. All of your files are tied to whatever email address you sign in with, so if you signed in differently/using a different process, that is the most common cause. If you have more than one email address, you may want to test others just in case. Also, try signing in directly through Gmail and without, using the email option, even though it is a Google account. Sometimes, this gives different results. Some other things that may be helpful to know and consider.
- How long ago were you able to see the missing files?
- Did anything happen or change on the system that you're aware of between the time they were and weren't able to access the projects?
- Are you using the same computer in which you accessed the files previously?
- Do you get the same results from a different computer?
- Are you the owner of the missing files?
- Does anyone else have access to the missing files, including the ability to edit them?
