"Update assets" error with my own content I uploaded.

I've made promo material with my own assets in the past and never had an issue with this "update assets" error.

In this specific project I only have two assets; one audio and one MP4, I made both of them and I'm a premium member.

When it asks to "update assets" I've reuploaded them and/or replaced them multiple times, tried a private browser, signed in and out, and cleared my cache, yet i'm still getting the error.

I need this to be resolved asap because its on a scheduled release timeframe.

Thanks for your response @romantic_rebel7998,

It appears there are two instances of the audio file. The grey one at the top is in an invalid state. Deleting that version should resolve the issue.

Tarun

Hi

@romantic_rebel7998

,

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please share the project URL with me, give me edit access, and share that link via private message?

Private messages should be accessible from the envelope in the top right corner. This should be the direct URL- https://adobe.ly/4jWM9ag

Hi @romantic_rebel7998

Based on logs, it seems that the audio named something like "Tel**** - Du****** Fi***.wav" is the one causing the issue. Please do share the Express file as requested by @Tarun Saini so we can investigate. If you could send the wav file as well, that would help.

Thanks,
