Re: Download large video made on Express in mp4 format

I am having this same issue. I've tried a different browser, clearing the cache... incognito and Capture.JPGturning on hardware acceleration. Still won't download a large video. Gives me an error Download Failed, immediately.

Same Issue, cannot export large video on mp4. Tried multiple browsers and basic troubleshooting. Adobe needs to figure this out asap.

Danke für deine Rückmeldung! Da die bisherigen Schritte nicht geholfen haben, probiere bitte noch Folgendes:

 1.Andere Geräte ausprobieren – Falls möglich, versuche den Download von einem anderen Computer oder Mobilgerät aus.
2.Datei neu rendern – Erstelle eine Kopie des Projekts und versuche, das Video erneut zu exportieren.
3. Auf kleinere Teile aufteilen – Falls es sich um ein sehr großes Video handelt, versuche, es in kürzere Abschnitte zu schneiden und dann herunterzuladen.
4.Verbindung zu Adobe Express neu herstellen – Melde dich ab und wieder an, um mögliche Synchronisationsprobleme zu beheben.

Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, teile dein Projekt als Kollaborator mit Bearbeitungszugriff, damit unser Team sich das direkt ansehen kann. Wir helfen dir gerne weiter! 😊
