Real Banner Ads (instead of static Image or Video)

Wouldn't it be great if Adobe Express could export real, contemporary banner ads?
So no static pixel images or classic videos: Interactive/Animated HTML files with SVG's and ClickTags etc.
PS: Adobe Animate's not an option: too big, cumbersome and old (or dead).
