ya pedí el reembolso pero todavía no se me acreditó... en el mail que me enviaron cuando contraté el servicio me específica que si cancelo antes del 11 de noviembre recibiría el reembolso, aún no me impacto la devolución

I looked in the system but didn't seem any cases of you contacting support. It showed your order was cancelled so you should not have been charged. You may want to try contacting them again if you're still having difficulties.
