Removing Background removes Ear from the face

Dear Members,

I am observing that many a times one side ear of the face is removed from the face while using "Remove Background.

I just want to know whether others are also experiencing this issue while removing background or not.

I am attaching an image for example.

If anyone can enligten me on this issue.

A neutral, less-cluttered background works best.  Too many shapes & similar colors confuses automatic selection tools.
