Same text layer over all scenes?

I want to create a text layer that´s the same for all my video scenes, but it doesnt seem to work?

If you have clicked inside the layer when pasting it will paste in a random place. If you paste the text box when clicking outside of the actual frame (left or right) it will paste in exactly the same place as where you copied it from on the last layer

Thank you for reaching out.

To have the same text layer across all your video scenes, create it in one scene, right-click on it, select "Copy," and then paste it into the other scenes. This way, the text will be consistent throughout your video.

No, it won't. If you use transitions it will move text to another scene and it breaks the illusion of "same text layer".
Adobe Express desperately needs layers in the timeline. It is not able to do text/objects over a couple of scenes and it can't handle music + lector over it because it has only one layer of sound. only one layer of graphic etc. that sucks.
