Seeking help with Resume template in Adobe Express.

I cant get my own picture to be nice and circular like the photo on the right. I dont know what to do to make my photo on the left look like the photo on the right. I want that circular look just like the template has.

Hi! Happy to help. A screen recording of how your template works is below.

• Select the image. 
• In the properties on the left, click the Crop button.
• Select the Circle shape.

Hi Jess Campbell. Thank you SO MUCH for that!! It totally worked!! Now I have a new problem though..... I cant download my resume. When I try, it gives me an error message and I think its about that photo of the other guy that was there in the template. But I already deleted it when I replaced his photo with my photo.

The only other graphics in that template are icons, so I went through and deleted them all one by one. The one that's causing the license problem is the little www globe icon next to the web address. Replace that icon with something else and you should be good to go!

Hi Jess. That totally worked!! I cannot thank you enough!!! I really dont know how to thank you! I dont know why Adobe would expect any human being to have guessed that THAT one element was going to need to be removed. I wouldn't have even thought to do what you did. But I sure do thank you so much for your taking so much of a human interest in fixing my issue. I was so frustrated by this inability to download the resume, especially after putting SO MUCH TIME into this (and its still not done) and I could not believe that Adobe would create a situation like this and leave it to chance that someone as kind as yourself would simply care enough to help.
