I'm having trouble importing images into the social media creator, on both Facebook Ad and Instagram post. Basically no matter what size image I try to upload (1.7 MB, 3.9 MB, 5.4 MB, etc.) it says they are over the file size limit. The only one I've had success with is a 24 MB image. Which I don't understand. All images are jpegs, and I've tried quitting and restarting Chrome, as well as clearing the cache in chrome with no success. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hi @Trace35191221nizm

Could you also check if the image is within 8k in width and height?

Hi Abhi.G @ ADBE

I am facing the same issue as Trace, I checked my media's resolution; it is 608 x 1080 for example and this isn't 8k resolution, right? If yes, how to solve this issue. If not, then what is the issue and how to solve?

File size 30mb or 5mb, doesn't get uploaded on Adobe Express Desktop app on Windows 11.

Hi @Seagate_Seagull, sorry for any frustration caused. We will need more details to ensure we fully understand the issue.

  • Are you trying to create content for a Facebook Ad or an Instagram Post?
  • Are you creating an image or a video?
  • What error message are you receiving when attempting to upload your content?

We are here to help.

Thank you, ^Chaimaa
