Telegram: Creating Stickers PNG errors from Express / Spark

When attempting to upload 512x512px transparent png stickers created in Adobe Express (Spark), Telegram gives this error. "Please attach the image as a file (uncompressed), not as a photo".

I couldn't find information on saving PNGs as uncompressed within Express settings, searching help or here on the Adobe Express community.

Anyone else run into this and what was your fix?

Thanks Amitej for the tip.  The UI I see is a little different than the instructions ya shared ... but I figured it out.  Here's for others that might run into this same question.

1. /newpack

2. select paperclip

3. Do not choose "compress file".

4. Uploader will read "file" in the file type.

5. Upload .png, type a title (e.g. Thank You)  & enter

6. Select 1-2 emoji's to associate & enter

7. Rinse and repeat steps 5 and 6

8. /publish

The rest of the online documentation is the same.

If you're having trouble uploading 512x512 transparent PNGs from Adobe Express (Spark) to Telegram, it's likely because Telegram only accepts uncompressed images sent as files, not photos. Since Adobe Express doesn’t give much control over export settings, try saving the PNG and sending it through Telegram’s “File” option.

I came across this while working on some Telegram customization resources  tgramplus.com where these kinds of issues come up often.

Hope that helps!

If you're struggling to upload transparent PNG stickers from Adobe Express (Spark) to Telegram, you're not alone. Telegram requires uncompressed files, but Adobe Express doesn't seem to offer this option. Have you tried exporting the PNG from Adobe Express and then uploading it as a file to Telegram? Hi @Illuminate.Pro,

Thanks for reaching us. I was able to attach a .PNG (transparent background 512x512 px) created in Adobe Express as a telegram sticker.

The steps followed were the same as mentioned in the link you shared.

Note: When attaching the .PNG file, use the 'File' option and not the 'Photo or Video'option.

Please refer to the screenshot attached:

First, the PNG was uploaded with the 'Photo or Video' option, giving the error message.

In the Second attempt .PNG was uploaded with the 'File' option

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Amitej
