trying to download a project

I am trying to download a project I created on Adobe Express and it is saying we are working on the file.  It's been overnight and I still can't download or share.

This is a higly sporadic issue that the team has been chasing for a while now.

I've been having this issue for over two weeks now. I've been unable to download anything from Adobe Express. I've tried in both Chrome and Edge to no success. I'm constantly receiving the 'We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon' error, which then reverts back to the Download button - highly frustrating.
