Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

Hice un video y no me permite descargarlo, anteriormente lo había hecho y no tuve problema, pero requerí hacer unas modificaciones y ya no me fue posible descargar.

I finished a project/video 15 minutes, and as usual, I clicked the Download. The "Starting download..." window is shown but it's been 0% downloading for over 20 minutes. Does anyone know what is going on? Additionally, Adobe Express's website takes a while to just load. Juarez McMiller

Al momento de usar la platilla de página web se presentan varios bugs cada vez que se realiza una actividad. Por ejemplo, borro una palabra, se paraliza, borro un punto, se paraliza, subo o bajo por la plantilla, se paraliza y no deja subir imágenes.
