Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

Ich habe ein Video zusammengeschnitten. Ich möchte das zusammengestellte Video herunterladen, klicke auf die Videogröße und Dateienformat (mp4) und auf download. Es erscheint das kleine Fenster mit download, doch auch noch 15 Minuten ist der download bei 0%. Auch wenn ich eine kleinere Dateiengröße wähle, bleibt das Problem bestehen

We are sorry for your difficulties. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

 

Does it happen with all videos or a particular video? Please share a screenshot of the error or screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.

Also, try restarting your computer.
