Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I can not download my work as PDF. Its always says almost complete at %90 of download but it have never happened before. I tried to clear my brovsers cookies but it did not change anything. Can anyone help?

Suddenly I can't download a file as a PDF.  It sticks at 90%.  I also tried to Share the file, and then upload to my Google Drive as a PDF and it stuck at 96%.  I tried clearing my cache and signing out of Creative Cloud but it still is not working.

I am able to download as a PNG without any issues.

Help! This is a resume I need to upload right away.

Same issue here. PNG, JPEGs work fine. PDF stays stuck at 90%. Ive tried using another browser, clearing cache, incognito mode, with no luck.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

HI this started happening to me today on any file I try to download as a PDF.  It works fine when downloading as a PNG.  I even tried clicking Share and Uploading as a PDF to my google drive.  It got stuck at 96%.  Any fixes?
