I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I am having the same issue today. I can't even get it to pop up with the downloading window. I have cleared cache and cookies, tried incognito mode and used safari and chrome. Nothing is working. Please help!

I'm having the same issues as everyone in the comments. I've tried downloading an MP4, and followed the directions after it wouldn't load - clearing the cache and reloading the browser. Has there been any way to troubleshoot this?
