I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

Yes this looks like a bug, several others like me are reporting the same problem. Adobe Support please look into this matter. It's stalling a lot of work deliverables

Hallo seit zwei Tagen habe ich enorme Schwierigkeiten die fertigen Videos zu downloaden.
Gestern konnte ich dann nach ca. 4 Stunden das Video herunterladen und heute geht wieder gar nichts.
Ich habe die Premium Version.
Kann mir jemand sagen was los ist?
Im Screenshot ist der Download Start mit 0% zu sehen .... und so bleibt es dann auch.

Nur noch ein Nachtrag zum o.g. Beitrag:
Ich habe den Computer heruntergefahren und habe mich wieder neu angemeldet.
Ich habe es mit einem anderen Browser und inkognito versucht
Ich habe das Video nach roten Dreiecken untersucht
... und die Download Geschwindigkeit ist auch ok.
Ich wäre toll wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

Yes facing the same issue, video files that i was able to download yesterday are also not downlading right now. So it's not an issue with the new file. Adobe Support please look into this

I'm having the same issue across web, desktop app and mobile app. Have cleared cache cookies etc. Download stays stuck at 0% with zero progress regardless of how long I wait. No Bueno.
