I've encountered a similar issue before with Adobe Express, and there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem. Firstly, ensure that you have a stable internet connection as interruptions can hinder the download progress. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser before attempting the download again. Another suggestion is to disable any browser extensions or plugins that may interfere with the download process. Additionally, you might want to check if there are any updates available for Adobe Express or try using a different web browser altogether. I hope these suggestions help you resolve the problem and successfully download your video.

Has anyone found a proper resolution for this issue? I shared my project with another user, who is also unable to download passed 20% without it failing. I then shared it with a 3rd person, who duplicated the project to their own profile and tried to save it and again, it crashes at 20%. Any advise would be greatly appriciated. Thank you for any help.

Hi, I'm having this problem right now and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it? It really stinks. My daughters graduation party is tomorrow and I can't download the slide show to a video. Very disappointing @adobe

Thank you for your patience.
I just came across your post and wondered if you still require help, as it has been some time since you've reached out, and I've yet to replicate this issue.
In the meantime, if you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I never did get this fixed. I ended up have to send all my files to
a friend of mine who was able to stitch everything together.

Hi
@Paul337101567gmr,
We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try removing the pop-up blocker if you have installed it to check if it helps? Please share a screen recording of your workflow. We'd need this to investigate the issue further.
We're here to help, just need some info.
Regards,
Tarun

Hi
@kimberly332620381zxs,
We're sorry to hear about this. Does it happen with one file or with all files? Can you try disabling your firewall to check if that helps? Did you try removing the pop-up blocker if you have installed it to check if that makes any difference?
Regards,
Tarun
