Just updated Creative Cloud to latest version. When I click on Adobe Express(Beta) I get an unsupported browser error. I have tried Google Chrome and Edge. Both updated to latest versions but still getting the error.

Hi mounirb,
Is there any chance that you could provide us a few details related to your device's hardware specs (such as graphics card, graphics driver version & CPU)?
Thanks a lot in advance, this would help us investigate the issue further.

Unfortunately not getting my hopes up, been on support 2 days running and still no resolution, adobe are too quick to take the money for the subscriptions but not fix bugs or help users out, as others have mentioned we are looking to switch to Canva in the mean time

Hi, there are a couple of other of areas you can check to confirm minimum requirements:
- hardware acceleration is enabled. Here's one resource that explains how to check that: https://help.scoot.app/how-do-i-enable-my-browsers-hardware-acceleration
- Navigate to https://webglreport.com/?v=2 and confirm that it shows as green (✓ This browser supports WebGL 2)

Which web browsers are supported for the new version of Adobe Express on desktop?
You can access the new version of Adobe Express on desktop on the following browsers: Google Chrome (version 100 and onwards), Microsoft Edge (version 107 and onwards), and Safari (version 16 and above). Please note: JavaScript must be enabled.
All other browsers will not be supported. There is a plan in place to unblock users on unsupported browsers. We plan to eventually support additional browsers. For now, users in our unsupported browser experience will be able see the following destination URLs that are linked in our unsupported browser experience to download the latest version: ·
*Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/
*Microsoft Edge: https://microsoft.com/edge
*Safari: https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari

I was facing same issue on chrome on win machine. I tried below and it started working
1. Quit chrome browser
2. In windows machine open "Command Prompt" type cmd in startup menu
3. Run below command and it will launch chrome:
start chrome --use-angle=gl
4. Once chrome launched open https://new.express.adobe.com/

I had the same problem today.
This is an issue with the option the browser to use hardware acceleration.
So, the solution on Google Chrome (and on other browsers) is to disable that.
On Google Chrome:
Settings --> System --> Disable hardware accelaration.
Give any feedback if your issuer will be solved after that.
Have a great day everyone!
