Where are the templates I created?

New Here ,

I created a template that I saved as public template link, but when I went back in I don't see that template anywhere. I wanted to share it with others but since I can't find it I can't share it. Is it under some secret menu that I am just not finding? Did I save it in a wrong way?

Hi

@Jeff Gallup

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing with the missing template. Did you check under the "Your stuff" in projects? You can also try looking under the 'Recent'; once you log in to Adobe Express, scroll down, and you will be able to see your recent files.

Please ensure you're logged in with your correct Adobe ID.

Regards,

Tarun

Thanks for the reply. I did check those places, but what I have discovered is that if I save it as a template as a public link, I won't be able to access it again (as far as I can tell). If I save it as a template any other way, it will show up in My Stuff. Why that is, I don't know.

Sure:

  1.  In the project, click Share > Make a Template.
  2. In the Save To dropdown, choose Create Public Template Link.

I'm new and not sure how to send a private message to you. I am using a school district account that may block private messaging. I tried clicking on your profile name link, but don't see any button to create a message directly to you.

I tried to create a template with a public link and I am able to see it under "your stuff". Try logging out, and when you log in to your account, make sure you're choosing the correct profile. Check this link for more info- https://adobe.ly/4g0NN8G
