Why do I no longer have access to Adobe Express Premium?

Hi!

I had access to Adobe Express (or the earlier iteration of it) and now I don't. Is Adobe Express no longer included in the Photography bundle? I can use it free, but I used to have premium access and that's gone now. I tried looking up information but can't seem to find any reason for the change. Maybe I am missing something but if someone could help that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
