Everytime I work on Adobe Express I have issues with the server lagging or being extremely slow!!!
Adobe Express has major issues how slow the site is I honestly do not know how it has not been addressed yet. Simple tasks like changing tools causes to server to slow and you end up waiting minutes for it to load. Most of the time you end up reloading the website and often lose work.
Zooming is my biggest problem with this site. When you zoom it glitches and causes a duplicate of your work to appear and you are forced to reload the webiste, EVERYTIME. When working you are constantly zooming in and out to see details and then the full scale again so this makes it nearly impossible to use the site.
I really love do love Adobe Express for its simplicity and yet still being able to produce quality graphics and creatives. The ongoing problems with the site however have made me utilize it less and less. When I do I usually end up disappointed or frustrated midway and switch over to Photoshop or Illustrator.
Hopeyfully they can figure out a solution to finally resolve the issue. Sadly I will be done using it until then.

It's July and I honestly think it got worst. Especially after Beta! I even have the app. I too, really like adobe express and I have an Above paid membership. This is absolutely slowing down my business production and ultimately costing me, grossly.
I have the very same issues and it barely follows the right commands/clicks. Adobe Express Team why isn't this repaired before giving us beta? I have tried everything on my end to help accelerate the page. [cursing in French removed by moderator] J'en ai assez !

Same! I wanted to switch from canva to the new express. I tried making a project today and it was so frustrating how slow it was and the lag was horrible. I may have to switch back if it doesn't get faster. I can't be wasting time. Took an hour to build something that should've taken 10 minutes. I restarted all my browsers, MAC is up to date. I did all the suggestions, but nothing. Adobe, please make the server faster!

The speed with which browser-based web apps perform varies depending on your Internet connection.
1. During peak usage hours, your connection speed may drop resulting in slower performance.
Do a Google Search for "how fast is my Internet connection" to find out your current download & upload speed.
2. Also clear your browser's cached data & temporary Internet files to free up more available browser memory. This should be done regularly.
Hope that helps.

I think adobe express is a waste of time, paying a fortune for something that is impossible to use. This is just my opinion, but its an expensive program, I work on my macbook air most of the time but I have tried all ways. It just doesnt function unless you have hours to spare and most of us do not. If you are thinking a purchase will improve your chances of it fuctioning even moderately it will not.

A fortune???? 🤔
AutoCAD costs a fortune, $245/month with a very steep learning curve.
Adobe Express is easy to use & simple to learn. You just need the right equipment and User Guide.

It's sooo slow to make videos. Wow I am so annoyed with this program

Using this program is like pulling teeth because of the 1-5 second input delay that occurs every time I try to do anything. It's a shame, because it would be a really great video creation tool.
It's not my computer, or my browser's cache, I have a 2019 Mac Pro and I have no issues running even much more demanding programs.

I experienced this issue in Safari, but when I logged into Adobe Express in Google Chrome, it was much faster. Hope this helps.
It really shouldn't matter which browser you use, but Adobe Express is very glitchy IMO and does need more attention to fix performance issues.

I find it a nightmare working with Adobe Express, simple tasks take forever. I am trying to design a calendar and it has taken me a week because of the slowness. Some of the images don't show at all, a constant progress bar. I tried everything, re-start clearing the cache, and different browsers nothing is working. I am so pissed off but because I started with AE so I couldn't go back to Canva which never had this issue. I am running it on a super fast Macbook M1 Max 32gb ram and 500Gb internet. All software is up to date. As I said Canva works fine on the same setup. If this is not fixed I am going back to Canva.

Are you perhaps using Safari? There are known performance issues with Safari; details and workaround are listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/kb/known-issues-in-adobe-express.html#web

No, I am using the latest Chrome. and I tried the latest Edge browser. The same. As I mentioned Canva is fine with the exact same image files. I wanted to try Adobe Express because of all the fonts and some other additional features but this is a huge deal breaker. I can't complete a simple calendar design and save it. I won't be renewing my subscription for sure.

Update: I tried so many things trying to finish a 13-page calendar but no luck. I was unable to save it because some of my images were not loading and, because of lack of support and answers, I decided to start from scratch in Canva. Guess what, not only could I do it in a couple of hours but I also realised there are so many things missing in Adobe Express like page rulers and guides, lack of saving in higher resolution, lack of editing a text box font and to be able to apply to the rest, lack of editing a page size and apply it all pages and more. So I ended my Adobe subscription! Bye AE!

I have the same problem and the support service ended an online conversation twice in a row without saying the slightest word. Obviously, it is impossible to have an agent by phone.
I just lost two days of work. From the end of my current mission, I take Canva and reduced my Adobe package.
Tool performance = zero
Support service = zero
