Why why why

Why would you FORCE someone to upgrade their iPhone just to use the Adobe Express app?  It worked yesterday.
Why can’t we just use the previous app.  I truly just don’t get it and I've worked in tech for over 25 years  Thisnis the ultimate dumb decision.

Thanks to this stupid decision I can’t post anything affecting my tiny business.  Any thoughts of me ever purchasing Adobe are now gone.

The web version of Adobe Express does not work on any version of iOS.
All you get is a splash screen.

Hey @VirtuosoConfections, As of now, Adobe Express is available for desktop browsers, iOS/Android apps, and Android web only. Since you're accessing the links from an iOS tablet, the splash screen appears. If you try opening the links from a desktop browser, it redirects you to the Adobe Express Webapp.

We understand how frustrating such new changes can be, but rest assured that our team is constantly working on improving the experience, compatibility, and accessibility of the app across all platforms.

Hi @VirtuosoConfections,

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling frustrated — I can understand why this change would be upsetting, especially when it impacts your business. It's never our intention to make things harder for our users, especially those who rely on Adobe Express for their work.

Unfortunately, updates to apps are sometimes necessary for performance improvements and security, but we know this can cause disruption when things don’t go smoothly. While we can't revert the changes made in the latest version, we'd love to hear more about the specific issues you're encountering with Adobe Express on your iPhone.

If you'd be willing to share more about the issue or your device's version, we can investigate possible solutions or workarounds to help you get back up and running. We genuinely value your feedback and want to make things right.

Please let us know how we can assist further.

My iPhone is a version 7+ with an iOS of 15.8.4 and won’t upgrade any further.  It still works fine and there’s no justification to purchase a new iPhone at this time.

I use Adobe Express to post daily images to Instagram to promote my tiny business.  The latest version was all I currently needed.  Should I need to migrate to a new iPhone as well as for the latest features of Adobe Express I will do so and gladly make the purchase.

But to prevent someone from using the app for no reason but to just upgrade makes no logical sense.  If it for the new features, I don’t need them at this time.

Would it be possible to revert to a version I can use?  Otherwise my hands are tied promoting my business.   I worked in tech for over 25 years so I know this is possible only if Adobe wants to.   Please help as all this does is leaves a sour taste in mouth toward Adobe who I’ve supported and purchased from for the last 25 years.

Hello @VirtuosoConfections, thank you very much for your message and for being a loyal Adobe customer for all these years. Since the May 12, 2025 update, the Adobe Express mobile app is only compatible with certain devices listed here: https://adobe.ly/4j6TmDF. Unfortunately, your iPhone 7+ running iOS 15.8.4 is no longer supported for the latest app versions. It is not possible to revert to a previous version of the app, as app stores do not allow this for security and maintenance reasons. However, you can still access Adobe Express via the web version on desktop here: https://adobe.ly/43olEnv. If you need assistance or want to explore other options to keep creating content, our Support team is available to help: https://adobe.ly/3EW3xNz. We understand your frustration and will share your feedback with our teams. Thank you again for your understanding and continued trust.

Best,

Chaimaa
