Zoom keeps changing by itself?

I am trying to design at 50% zoom but it keeps switching to 70% by itself... is this a bug or something? 

Im not getting this in any other software

Please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Thanks for following up. Could you also explain more about how this change is making it difficult for you to work and capture/share before and after screenshots? I just want to understand better.

I agree. It is incredibly frustrating. My document won't stop resetting to 14% when I set it to 25%. It is incredibly frustrating. Who can read a document at 14%. There recommendation of browser is unjusitified, as it continues no matter the browser I'm on. It shouldn't be so difficult and the fact that they want more explanation is even more frustrating!

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know if this is happening with all the project you work on? Which platform are you using? Is it on Windows or Mac? Have you checked the browser zoom %? If so, what is that? Did you check in the incognito mode, if that's also happening there?

Please share a screenrecording of the issue to investigate further?
