Hi folks,

 

We have received a number of reports of people having a problem in Firefly video creation where when they press the "generate" button nothing happens. To help us diagnose this problem, please tell us the following:

  • Do you have a Firefly Premium plan (Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plan), or an Enterprise plan with Firefly Premium services?
  • Have you ever been able to generate videos?
  • Is this problem intermitent or does it happen always?
  • Does it happen on more than one browser?

If so, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. Please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Not able to generate video,
whenever clicked on Generate button, it just go grey and again blue.

What type of plan are you on?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of that box, blacking out your personal detailes. Please also tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

Also can you try loging in icognito mode? Sometimes browser plugins can interfere.

When I click the generate button to produce the video based on my prompts, nothing happens. There is no error or anything. The button animates like it was clicked, but then nothing happens on screen. Using in Chrome on Win11 and MacOS, in both normal and incognito windows. I've also tried Safari and Edge(Win11).

Yes... everything is updated. Yes, I have credits.

You mentioned you have credits, are you talking about credits from a Creative Cloud subscription or a Firefly premium subscription?

When i click the blue generate button it turns grey for a couple of seconds then turns blue again and nothing happend. No error nothing. How do i get this to work?

Hey!

 

The button will turn grey when you are generating, it can take some time for the generated video to appear. You can view the progress just above the text field. 

 

Can you find your generated videos in the history at https://firefly.adobe.com/files?tab=generationHistory

The problem is that the progress does not appear. Like i said the button turns grey and after a few seconds it turns blue and litterly nothing changed.

I have an enterprise site license through my organization. No errors are generated when I click the generate button. It simply does the animation of a button click, then nothing changes on the screen.

Ok, I recommend you verify with your local Adobe administrator that youir enterprise plan includes Firefly Video.
