Over the last few months the images are just horrible. Before you rolled out version 3 I was able to get some beautiful and clear images but ever since the updates over this year I can barely use it.  I attached images of the previous photos and then three with the same prompt but after the updates. They are horrible.

Sorry to hear that. We'll share feedback with the product team. Would you mind sharing the prompt/settings that you use to generate these images?

Let us know.

Thanks,

@Kartika Rawat The prompt in all cases appears to be: "5x7 table number wedding mockup; styled stock photography, minimal composition, blank white."

Have you tried switching to the v2 Firefly image model? How do those results compare?

It's also possible that as the underlying model matures and advances, you may need to be much more specific about what you want than was the case a year ago. For example, when I tried "5x7 card blank table number mockup standing upright in wedding place setting" as the first part of the prompt, I got results closer to what you like. No roses, though. I didn't ask for them.

Prompting the AI is a moving target, and probably will be for some time to come. I have many test examples showing that the same wording in Q4 2024 does produce the same result that it did in Q1 or in 2023. In most cases, the more recent results are less aesthetic and less appealing than the earlier ones but can be greatly improved by making the prompt much more specific than used to be needed.
